At Riverstead, we do ground beef the old-fashioned way - honest, clean, and straight from our pasture to your plate. Unlike typical grocery store ground beef, which can be a mix from hundreds of animals, each Riverstead package comes from one specific animal, raised right here on our regenerative farm. Our cattle graze freely on rotating pastures, never given hormones, vaccines, antibiotics, or grain - just sunshine, fresh air, and good green grass.

Lean Ground Beef
Usually about 90-95% lean, this is your everyday kitchen hero. Made from the wholesome trimmings left after steaks and roasts are cut, it’s perfect for tacos, spaghetti, meatballs, and all the homey meals that bring folks together.

Power Blend (Organ Blend)
A down-to-earth superfood — 90% ground beef with 10% heart and liver mixed in. This blend is rich in iron, B vitamins, and essential nutrients, but mild enough that even picky eaters won’t fuss. Perfect if you’re looking to sneak a little extra goodness into your meals without the organ-y taste. It’s our secret weapon for hearty chili, shepherd’s pie, and nutrient-dense meals for growing families.

Ground Sirloin
Made from top sirloin and sirloin tip steaks, this is the good stuff — tender, flavorful, and just the right fat for a burger that’ll have folks licking their fingers and asking for seconds.
