Pork Loin Roast

Pork loin is a large cut of meat that comes from the back of the animal, running from the shoulder and the beginning of the leg. The loin roast is a portion of meat cut from the full pork loin. Like its pork chop and tenderloin brethren, pork loin roast is a fairly lean, mild-tasting cut of meat. Even though it calls for a longer cook time, it's simple enough to cook on a weeknight and easy enough to dress up for a special occasion or dinner party.
